PROCEDURE & FEE
- Down load the form by Clicking here or call the office to get the hard copy of the CCCI YW form
- Fill-up the form in all respects and sign under the rubber stamp
- Submit 2 passport size photographs
- If you are applying for Associate membership then call the office and request for CCCI membership form.
- Submit the duly completed application form to Mr Herbert Dias at the Chamber’s Office for scrutiny and acceptance at:
